Returns and exchanges

Orders placed on our site may be returned for any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Some restrictions may apply. Check out our return policy below.

Conditions of return and exchange

The return costs are always at your charge unless we make a mistake, in which case we will exceptionally cover the cost of return. Please note that customs fees and taxes will also be at your expense. As part of an exchange, we will cover the costs of re-shipping your order (only within the U.E). For re-shipments to the world, the costs will be at your expense.
Return costs in case of default are advanced by the buyer and refunded after the fact if the defect is confirmed.

  • The products must not have been worn or even tried outside, we reserve the right to refuse a return depending on the condition of the product.
  • Shoes box, packaging and labels must also be returned in their original condition.
  • In case of receipt of worn, damaged or modified products, we will not be able to exchange or refund.
  • The choice of the carrier and the related risks are the responsibility of the buyer. SHINZO Paris declines all liability in the event of loss or damage to a package during transport.

How to apply a return?

You have 14 days to activate the return procedure and claim a full refund of your product excluding shipping costs. If your return is due to an error from our services, please contact our customer service.

  • For quick processing and optimal tracking of your return request, we recommend you to use the online interface of "Returns" in your customer account (My account / Return).
  • If you do not have a customer account, fill out the return form attached to your order.
  • Resend clean, unused, unworn items with their labels in their original packaging.
  • Please write your order number directly on your package.
  • Send us the products with the form to the following address:

We will come back to you as soon as we will recieve the request and we will validate (or not) the return process. You will be informed of the different steps of your request by email and in your customer account, we will contact you if we need to.

How to apply for an exchange?

You have 14 days to exchange your product if it does not suit you (size, model ...). For a fast processing and an optimal follow-up of your exchange request, we advise you to use the online interface of the rubric "My account" (My account / Returns). If you do not have a customer account, fill out the exchange request form attached to your order by filling in what you want in exchange.

  • If the product is available the exchange will be made within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. Please specify the model and the desired size. We offer you the shipping of the requested product (only within the U.E).
  • If the product is no longer available or if the price is not the same, we will generate a credit that will allow you to place a new order. We will also send you a discount code which will allow you to benefit from free shipping costs (only within the U.E).

Refunds and credit slips

  • Refunds will be made to the account with which you issued your payment (Paypal or bank account).
  • If you want to keep the amount for a future purchase, thank you to specify it on the return form, a credit valid for one year on our site will be issued.
  • Please note that no in-store refunds will be made.
