In-store pick-up

When confirming your order on our site, you can choose the option "Click and Collect" to come pick up your purchases directly in-store. Find below all the infos if you choose the option "Click and Collect" when placing your order on shinzo.paris:

We will send you an e-mail within 1 to 5 days+ when your order will be available in-store.

I go to store

Your purchase will be available in store for 15 days.

Simply present yourself with your ID or passport (No other document will be admitted even a photocopy or a numeric photo) and your order number to the following address:
