How does our 24h delivery option work?

For all orders placed before 1:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, you can choose the 24H delivery option. Please note that there are some exceptions depending on your locality.

When will I receive my order?

When placing your order, we will give you an estimated delivery date. Upon sending the order, you will receive a unique number to track the shipping. You will be informed afterwards of each step by email and on your customer account. Sometimes an order is shipped in multiple packages, so you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?

If you want to send an order to several addresses, please contact our customer service.

How to check the status of my order and track my parcel?

Once your order shipped, we send you a link by mail to track your package. To check the status of your order, go to your Customer account. If you have not created an account, you can also check the status of your order here.
